Am working. There comes in client with very disappointed look.
"Can I help you?"
"No, No , don' t need anything.." client leaves
After a moment he comes back (with the same disappointed face) "Actually you could help me. Please tell me where is toilet!"

Or maybe he was in a state of mild panic as I was when I had eventually found Cyprus college Admissions Office on Monday afternoon with an envelope from a Famagusta student...
